We have a "Content tagged with HDE" section. I forgot to tag some content HDE, then tagged it after I create it, but it still doesn't appear in the tagged section. Example:
It's not instantaneously updated and might take a couple of minutes. After the tag is added, the index updated and then you may need to refresh the feed by refreshing the page.
Anyhow, good to know your making use of this feature: it can also be used to surface your blog in feeds found on other relevant space overview pages.
