GRC10 Mitigation Control Character Limit

Hi,

We are upgrading our system from GRC 5.3 to 10. There is a business need to define the Mitigation Control by more than 10 Characters. Right now I see only 10 characters are allowed in MC ID. Is there a way to increase the character limit on Mitigation Control Id field?

Hi Abhishek

Have you looked at the Migration Guide? It does warn that some GRC 10 field lengths are less than 5.3 and you must convert them

Changing the character limit would require modification to SAP Table definitions and potential impact to program functionality.
