SRM BRF excluded agents

Hi,

We are on SRM on 7.0 and are using Process Controlled Workflows.

We have a requirement to add excluded agents in the Shopping Cart/PO Workflows.

As Process controlled workflows use a standard SAP workflow template, this can't be implemented by making any changes in the workflow template.

Is there any standard BADI or place where we can add implicit enhancement to add excluded agents to the workflow.
