Price Inactive In Debit Memo Req- Doc Item Is Statistical REVISED

Hi Experts

Apologies - previous post not accurate -

When creating a debit memo request with reference to an existing billing document, the condition types for pricing within the debit menmo req are inactive. This is because the document item is marked as statistical.

Therefore it is not possible to create a debit memo, as the item is not relevant for pricing.

Pricing is active in the existing billing document. What is causing this?

Hi,

For that you have to check the Debit memo pricing condition analysis and find out the reason.

I assume that debit memo pricing procedure (V/08) is properly configured or not check the conditions are not marked as statistical.Also in VOV7 check the Item is relevant for pricing or not.

Please check and update here, if possible with screen shot.

When you are creating Debit Memo with reference to other Document--are you using a separate pricing procedure?

Normally Price will become inactive based on validity periods..

Check and Revert..
