Hi Karthi,

For which service should the IBD be available in GTS?  (for example, Customs Declaration before GR, Customs Declaration after GR, Transit..)  And do you happen to know if the IBD was available in GTS when first created?

Hi Dave

Thanks you for the reply

The reason both IBD and Material document were not available in GTS.

Material document we require for processing the import declaration and i believe if the delivery is not transferred to GTS the material document will not be available in worklist.

Thanks '

Hi Karthi,

Is this the first attempt at transferring an IBD, or is an exceptional failure (for example, 1000 other IBDs transferred ok, but this one failed)?

From what you have said, it seems that the transfer is needed for Transit and/or Import Declaration after GR, so interface /SAPSLL/API_6800_TIBD_SYNC should be used.  In that case, the Delivery Type must be configured to transfer for Customs Management, and the Foreign Trade data in the Delivery header must include a Preliminary Document number with a Type that has been mapped in GTS as "duty unpaid".

Hope that helps.

Dave
