Click "adapter monitoring" cause "The page cannot be displayed"

At RWB, the "adapter monitoring" used to be OK.

But now it gives

"The page cannot be displayed".

How to debug it?

can you try a direct link:

http://server:port/mdt/amtServlet ?

BTW

try restarting RWB (close all IE windows and open it again)
