GRC action usage by user role and profile report is different with st03n report

Hi,

GRC action usage by user role and profile report is different with st03n report for transactions.

GRC report is showing 37 users are executed the transaction se38 in the report between 01.01.2014 to 31.01.2014 (say for example) but ST03N report is showing only 2 users overall in all application servers in the same period.

I do not think jobs are not related to this as reports are generating properly but showing additional users.

Any suggestions please.

GRC is giving number of users having the tcode 38 ?? just check with the help of suim

or GRC is talking about 2 users used it for 37 times.

Try from which table GRC is fetching that data...

For how many days your servers storing the data?

GRC is giving, transactions executed by the user in which we have problem with SE38. and those users are 37 different users.

One more case is, GRC showing 45 users for one transaction but ST03N is showing 55 users.

check sync freequency (users / profiles). for the gap of freequency, ECC may be considering it, but not grc...
