Hi Sathish,
Is the job failing sometimes or regularly? If it is failing in all occurances , then there is some problem with the RFC.
If it is failing sometimes then the RFC is working fine but the connectivity is breaking to OSS . So please check from your end the network and raise an oss message to check the consistency of the connectivity to the SAP OSS backend server from your solution manager.

Hi,
This error is because of instance number you entered in OSS1 RFC creation screen.Here just gave instance number 99 instead of 00 (if found 00 here) save and try connection test.

check SAPOSS rfc (SM59) and make sure logon details are correct.
Language : EN
Client : 001
User OSS_RFC
Password : CPIC
Also, check your SAPRouter connection.

Fix the SAPOSS RFC connection.... details in OSS1 must be incorrect
