Returnable packaging.

Hi all,

I am working on returnable packaging.  wants to add a special stock indicator in the existing movement type, If any body worked on that, kindly help me out.

Dear Madhu,

Special stock indicator is not assigned in the movement type.

Special stock indicator is to be activated at item category level in VOV7.

Item category and MRP type triggers the movement type.

The returnable packaging material should be created with the item category group LEIH.

Item category group 'LEIH' triggers the item category 'TAL', which in turn triggers the schedule line category.

Thanks for your quick response.

I have already created 2 materials one with item category grp NORM and another with LEIH which is a returnable packaging material.

I WANT TO DO AUTOMATIC PACKING.

1. I did setting in delivery type.

2. In Delivery Item Category.

3. Packing instructions. POP1

4. packing instructions determination records. POF1

when i am running process order and delivery automatic packing is not happening even though i did all the back settings of automatic packing.

Kindly help me out where i missed the link, Thanks in advance.
