SAP GRC-PCv10.0 & Offline Workflow Email Set Up

Hi There,

We currently have issue with getting an offline adobe pdf sent to an inbound receipient email account.  We have gone through the required settings on the GRc-PC front as described in various documentation provided by SAP.  There seems to be an issue that the mailbox that has been set up does not seem to receive the email notification.  Our team on Microsoft Exchange front are stuggling to diagnose the problem.

The message we get is that ' Could not be delivered because the domain name was unresolvable'.

Can anyone please share any detailed documentation of how they have resolved this error on their front.  We are using off-line workflow for surverys as well as manual control testing.  The offline workflow and AIF settings have been appropriately configured but the email set up seems to be an issue.

This is an urgent matter for us and assistance will be much appreciated.
