Transfer Order Picklist

Hi Gurus,

According to the requirements I need to display the transfer order picklist from the spool request.

for that in LTO3, if the user enters the ware house number and Delivery number then enter then system takes into other screen there hit on save button if the user sees the spool the required form has to show up.

For this the form is ready, where to configure this...

Please give me the steps....
