Delivery of restricted batches in WM for STO

Hi Team,

We have one requirement regarding Delivery of restricted batches in WM for STO. Basically Client want to transfer Batches with restricted status to another internal plant but Sales can't be allowed. All these materials are WM managed. If I activate Transfer of batch status for restricted status for movement type it is also allowing for SO delivery along with STO delivery. But I want to restrict that only SO but allowed for STO.

Can you please help?

Hi All,

I have activated the same but here my problem is the WM movement type 601 is common to SO delivery and STO delivery. I am not able to differentiate. Client's requirement is to allow only for STO not for SO.

Hello Sandip,

I can think of 2 options on top of mind , check if any of them useful for you

1. Change user exit - EXIT_SAPLL03A_013 (Include - ZXLTOU19) to include/exclude the check

2. Create different movement type in IM (copy of 601) assign it to STO's and create copy of WM movement type and map them.

Hi Sandip,

do you mean MCHA-ZUSTD='X' as "restriced batch" ?

If so, you can maintain SM30 view V_T3331-ZUSTE to allow WM TOs for restriced batches depending on BWLVS (WM movement type).
