SD not working ??

Hi all,

When I installed SAP in my PC, I was not able to work with it properly... I mean to ask for the preliminary settings like defining countries, assigning plants to our companyu code like things needed for SD working... right... can anyone provide any material regarding this.... I assigned plant, sales org, dist channe to my 1000 company code and changed posting period varint and copied Version 0 in controlling.... anything else left...

If it is installation problem, this question may be correct in Basis Form.

If installation is proper, SD alone cannot work. FI & MM are dependent modules.

As Rajesh said I need the parts where I have to do settings in FI and MM.. I know FI and I can manage those things... But I need someone's assitance in setting MM
