Mass Update Service Desk Tickets

   I have a few hundred tickets in service desk that i would like to mass update the status of...

we have 5 different statuses:

New

User Testing

Consulting WIP

On Hold

and Closed

i have the list of tickets i would like to update all of there statuses to Closed

any suggestions?

solved - I used CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT instead... this let me change the status once I created the sequence of statuses in SM34 - thanks for  your help.

You can also use the new AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE_2

I don't think either of these will work since i can't run it for a group of tickets with known transaction IDs.

These both seem to change from one status to another - but i have other tickets with the same status that I don't want to close.

Hello, try to use program AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE via se38,

You can update mass status E0005 to E0008 for example.
