TO is not created for Outbound delivery

Hello Expert,

When i am issuing(STO) goods via OBD(641) system is creating negative stock in storage type 916(issuing quantity).

But stock is not deducting from bin .

So when i check i found system is not creating TO for this process .

What setting is needed to create a auto TO for OBD(641).

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Hi,

After creating OBD referencing the STO, you need to create the transfer order based on the OBD document created.

Steps:

1. Create STO

2. Create OBD from STO using - VL10D/ VL10B ( Input required STO number)

3. Create Transfer order for OBD     - LT03 ( Input required Warehouse number, delivery number and plant) .

4. Confirm transfer order - LT12 ( Input TO number and warehouse number)

5. The WM status and pick status will be C in the picking tab. - VL02N

6. After TO is created and confirmed material will be shown in 916  interim storage type.

7. Once PGI is done the material will be gone from the 916 area and MM stock.

Hi Harsh,

For auto TO creation for outbound delivery you need to create WMTA message type and assign it  to delivery type , For manual TO creation you can run LT03 and create transfer order.
