document flow does not show PO

Hi Experts,

I am facing a issue:

Process flow is like this :

From sales order Pr is generating. Then PO is created using PR.Then GR and IR is done.

My issue is even PR has been created from sales order. Gr and IR has been done for PO  still than this is not reflecting into Sales Order Document Flow for that particular line item.

Please suggest.

Hi Experts,

I would like to add some more details. When i analyzed the PR generated from the Sales order. Even though PO was present for that PR but in status tab of item ,processing status was : Not Edited.

So i run the correction program : RM06HL04. and after that status changed to PO Created : which is perfectly correct. then i checked Soles Order but my bad luck still same issue.

Please help experts.

Hi Prashant,

Check the item category in copy control for the item in question make.Make sure there is a X in update document flow.

Hi,

   In standard SAP, system will update the PO document number in the document flow of third party sales order.

   The sales document flow is updated in table VBFA. If you check VBFA table, you could find the fields available, and it doesnt contain the PR number / Material doc number / miro number. Hence, these details wont be available in PR doc flow.

However in my case ,even i am not getting PO in sales order document flow.However when  i checked other SO line item .For these line items in SO document flow i can see PO and invoice no.

I also checked PO assignment tab. SO along with line item is present. But still this Po is not coming in SO line item doc flow.

1080954 - Correction report: Deleting incorr doc flow records (VBFA)

521416 - Correctn report:Incorr order quantities in SD document flow
