Several alternative payee in lease in contract

In the Vendor Master Data there is the functionality of several alternative payee (in a vendor master data field LFZA-EMPFK). This field is not available in Business Partner. So you can not create a lease in contract where the landlord (creating several lines in posting parameters) directs several conditions for each of the different payee linked to it. Is it possible?

Hi Leite,

As advised by Andre, you can assign multiple partners to the Lease In Contract. So that system automatically calculate the rent for each partner based on the Percentage given by you.

For this you need to assign minimum 2 partners in partners tab, and in posting parameters-postings tab -  ( partnet Field ) need to select Multiple partners ( condition split )

Also pls note that when you are assigning the multiple partners in this method With holding tax may not get dedducted.

There is one more method to use multiple partners in same contract  as below :

You can create multiple condition Purposes ( Config path ; Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) --Conditions and Flows --Condition Types and Condition Groups--Define Condition Purpose --> here you can copy the existing one & create new, The same will reflected in your contract.

So while adding rental conditions you can assign different condition purposes for different business partners.( where ever its applicable ) so that it will solves your purpose.

Hope it may helps.

Hi, yes you can create a contract with several vendors/BP's in it. You'll need to assign several BP's with a vendor account (can be different BP roles) to the contract. You'll have to make sure that the BP setting allows you to assign multiple BP's in the same role to the contract (check BP config for setting: Make Settings for Roles per Object Type).

Once you've assigned multiple BP's you can add additional lines in the posting parameters tab and assign a BP to each Posting Term.

Alternatively (in case the distribution is the same for every condition type e.g. 80/20) you can also use the functionality of the condition split (requires activation of RE-FX sub-function CDSP - Condition Split). This allows you to assign multiple BP's to one posting term wherby the total condition amount is distributed over the assigned BP's.

Kind regards, Andre
