Hello,
I got a problem with the following scenario: We have in our company a normal Lease-in contract with an external vendor partner. So far so good, but now we need for internal reasons a second contract where the money that is payed from our company in the lease-in contract (Part A) is repayed by another company of us (Part B).
So this means:
Contract A: External lease-in contract with external vendor partner (company code A, control area A)
Contract B: Internal Owner-occupied property with internal cost center (company code/control area A gets the money, company code/control area B pays the money).
Unfortunately it is not possible to assign a cost center from a different control area to a contract. It happens like this then:
Message no. REEXCO012
Does anyone has got a smarter idea for this scenario?
Of course we can use three contracts, which means
(1) normal lease-in contract with external vendor
(2) lease-in contract in ccode/cont.area B
(3) Tenancy contract in ccode/contr.area A
But three contracts does not look that smart I think
Regards
Michael
Hi Michael,
What I understand from your case, the least you can do is, ignore the lease-in contract created at company code B; the invoice raised by company code A towards company code B can be booked at c'code B at finance using FB60 transaction.
So you'll have only 2 contracts in the system:
1. Lease-In contract between c'code A and 3rd Party (Vendor).
2. Lease-Out Contract between c'ode A and c'code B (Customer).
