How to specify/define Logical Systems to be specified as Sender/Reciever in Distribution Model

Howdy folks,

I am trying to connect SAP IS-U with SAP PI Netweaver 7.0. I want to have a clear understanding on how to define Logical systems for both SAP IS-U(Which is hosted on hostname: hostISU and IP Address:192.168.1.1) and SAP PI(Which is hosted on hostname: hostPI and IP Address: 192.168.1.2). Please explain it clearly stating where and how to configure which one.
