Hello!!
When create VF01 or Change VF02 a invoice requisition, the users use the Service for Object to attach some word, excel, pictures & email files as attachements.
There is away to see in a table or in a report what documents have an attachemnt and what not have it?
Hello Amar,
I do not recall any standard report to extract this information. Thus, answering your question - you can use tables SRGBTBREL, SGOSATTR and SOOD to verify if your document (determine also Business object of your document) has any attachments in Services for objects.
It maybe not convenient to use tables, so if you decide to create a report, refer to methods of class CL_GOS_ATTACHMENT , they should be useful to you as calling them you can get needed information.
Finally, check development package SGOS which keeps more Functional Modules and Classes related to Services for objects functionality.
Thanks!
Vlad
