Graphical screenpainter doesn't work (Error when openning an RFC connection)

Hey gurus,

I know there is many discussion for this problem, but any of them doesn't solve my problem.

So when I want to open the graphical screen painter it fails, and an error is occured:

Error Details

Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThCPICArgs' Illegal CONVID ).

I have version 730 Final Release and patch level 7. This error is occured even if I'm in the company or at home through SAPROUTE.
I´ve checked Utilities->Settings->Screen Painter and the Graphical Screen Painter checkbox is checked. I try to run the graphical screen painter locally from my PC, it's work so I think my SAP GUI is installed correctly, but I also tried uninstall and install it again. I switched off my firewall also, but it still doesn't work. Don't know what should I try.

Does the server must have the screen painter installed too? I have no access to the server and I think somewhere there will be the core of the problem.
Can you help me somehow troubleshoot this?!

It's a server side problem.
