What does this mean? ThWpDetail: cannot get EM_INFO for wp 0

From ST22 In multiple dialog logs I am getting this error through out the day:

• ThWpDetail: cannot get EM_INFO for wp 0 (3)
• ThWpDetail: cannot get EM_INFO for wp 1 (3)
• ThWpDetail: cannot get EM_INFO for wp 2 (3)
• ThWpDetail: cannot get EM_INFO for wp 3 (3)
• ThWpDetail: cannot get EM_INFO for wp 4 (3)
• ....

It isn't always the same wp number.

Why and what does it mean?

There is an SAP note speaking about this issue

1813663 - Error messages for ThWpInfo/ThWpDetail in developer trace

This could be mostly due to a bug in the kernel patch.

Hi Reagan,

I am on kernel 7.01.  The note states that this can only happen on kernel 7.2

I am also not getting the 'OPCODE_WP_DETAIL' error.

Have you seen it in systems below kernel 7.2?

Hello Neil

The above SAP note also mentions the error "OPCODE_WP_DETAIL" so the note looks appropriate to the issue you are facing. Also be aware that kernel 720 has replaced older versions of the kernel.

1629598 - SAP Kernel 720 will replace older kernel versions

My suggestion would be to update the kernel patch level to the latest vel of 701 or to 720 release.
