Gentlemen,
Would help to solve a problem that started to occur after update components: GRCFND_A and GRCPINW for Support Package 11For GRC-AC.
The problem occurs when the BRM requires service of a Role, the process for the generation phase of the roll and is going nowhere, and no error message occurs, simply goes nowhere.
Attached to the print screen and what happens with the configuration of the process steps already checks in SPRO.
If anyone has gone through this problem and can help me I appreciate it.

Dear Adair,
I do not understand the problem. If you change the methodology in SPRO you have to reapply the methodology in BRM by clicking "Reapply Methodology". To generate roles you have to click "Generate" and then select the target systems and run the job.
Please explain in more details what is the problem.

I have not changed the methodology of the process in SPRO.
Actually what we did was to update the GRC SP11, and after that the BRM began to exhibit this problem.
The maintenance process of a role in the process arrives generation phase of roll forward and not even pressing the record button and still nothing happens, it seems that the other phases (Test and Approval) are disabled.
