Connect managed system via saprouter

Dear Gurus.

I need to connect the managed system via saprouter.

Is it possible to connect it to Wily Introscope and DB Cockpit, as in the following step in configuration wizard?

refer here also Note 1886060 - System Monitoring Setup for SAP Router

as per this you  need to maintain your router as managed system too.

One on our side, one on customer one in VAR scenario.
