Dear Gurus,
We Configured Business process monitoring for BGRFC monitoring for Duet Production system. We done all our configuration including activating the Monitoring object. But still even after activation, alerts are not collected and it's Greyed out in Alert Inbox.
We done with all initial troubleshooting but still we are unable to locate the issue.
Kindly provide us your inputs. Early response is highly appreciable. Thanks in advance.
