Hi! Gurus

Can you please help me with - how to set up CCMS alerts in PI & ECC.

I would like to set up CCMS alerts for the below:

1. Long Running Message Queues (In SMQ1 & SMQ2) in PI & ECC

2. Queue Failures in SMQ1 & SMQ2 in PI & ECC.

3. Failures in SXMB_MONI in ECC

whats your solution manager version you want to setup the alerts? as the 701 and 71 has different ways to configure the alerts.

thanks, hope you have installed diagnostics agent for PI & ECC.

And you have configured the solman 7.1 (ie. System preparation, Basic configuration, and managed system config)

In technical monitor you can configure the alerts.

If you are new to the solman 7.1 then I would strongly recommend to attend the EGI for these configuration. There are more docs under Solution Manager 7.1 - Solution Manager - SCN Wiki
