How to reset Password for SAP Lumira Cloud?

Hi,

How can I reset my password for SAP Lumira Cloud? I can change my password in the profile, but if I have forgotten my password .... this does not help.

thanks for the prompt response - I have checked this already. In the desktop version via SAP Lumira Cloud you have only the option to register or connect with your name and password. There is not such a functionality like reset.

Any other idea? Monika

Hi Monika,

As a customer, my S-user ID (SAP ID) is tied to this; I am not sure of the reset password process for SAP employees.  Perhaps someone from SAP can assist?
