STO delivery - Batch is not picking even stock is available

Hi Experts

We have very urgent issue. User creating STO delivery.

While creating delivery for one material, Material has 3 batches in stock.

User creating delivery for qyt 12800. Stock is available for 3 batches.

But while creating delivery for material it is picking only 1 batch, rest 2 (37302162B & 37302163B) batches ignoring even though stock is available.

After entering manually in delivery it is throwing message---invalid batch and 0 qty available.

User mentioned that before this issue, delivery is picking all the batches, delivery is not saving due to server  slow he killed the session.

After that those batches are not picking for any delivery.

Request you all to give your valuable inputs to resolve the issue.

Based on that above statement, check once again the MMBE and MD04 now,  if the those stock is allocated to some other orders, may be by some other user have created the sales orders for the same material in the gap.

Hello

Possibly, this batch is already allocated to another order.

During the batch determination, system runs the ATP check, in order to calculate the available quantity of the batch. The results of the ATP check cannot be simply compared with the stocks from MMBE, since another requirements may be considered, depending on your customizing.
