Issue With ITS authentication

Hi,

We have activated ITS in our ERP server. When we browse the ITS url its asking for authentication, after entering the authentication its asking for one more time to enter the authentication details. We need to disable the second time authentication pop-up. Kindly help us how to disable the second time pop-up for authentication.

What is the value of parameter login/create_sso2_ticket ?

On a solution manager I had that problem of double authentication request solved by setting that parameter to 0

HI Yves KERVADEC,

After setting that parameter to 0 it's not asking for the second time authentication, but the issue is after logging off the current session and whenever we are trying to open again its opening directly without asking for any authentication.

Try to set parameter login/ticket_only_by_https = 1 and restart the sap server.

Thanks for the reply, We tried with the parameter u mentioned above which has not resolved the issue still we are getting the pop-up for authentication for second time.
