We're currently using 7.1. and using SOAP adapter.
is it possible to monitor the queues from a non SAP System thru SMQ1 or SMQ2? using synchronous or asynchronous connection.

SMQ1 and SMQ2 are transaction for monitoring queues in SAP system. You cannot use them to monitor queues in non sap system.

Hi Ronald - You have to expose the below reports as web services so that you can access them from anywhere.
tRFC -> RSARFCRD
qRFC -> RSTRFCM3

Why do you want to monitor SMQ2 from your non-sap system?
