IW52 Short Text Enable

Hello,

I want to make "short text" column enable for end user In service notification (IW52).  This column is appears under item tab under complain data tab.

Hi Santosh

You can make any field editable or output only or even you can suppres any field in IMG. Follow the path Plant Maintenance and Customer Service > Maintenance and Service Processing > Maintenance and Service Notifications > Notification Creation > Notification Types Set Field Selection for Notifications. Give your notification type and set the fields as per your requirement.

I have already checked the field which corresponds to short text.  It is already set as "Input" and not as "Display" but still it is greyed out.
