Hello Experts

Question on Solution manager as a managed service: Our mandate is to host/support multiple customers as a Run SAP Partner my question is: Suppose we have three customers to support, Is it possible to have 3 separate Incident Transactions (ZMIV) defined for each customer? and if  is possible to have  3 transaction what are some of the important aspects to note and if we are only entitled to one at a time how do we ensure that we manage customer's requirements in terms of status profile, partner determination, action profiles etc.

it is possible to have multiple transaction type one for each customer check below IMG path
