How to process messages after change status scheme (delete one status)?

Hello!
I have a problem in Solution Manager 7.1. We changed the status scheme of messages excluded one status «Processed by 2 nd line (ZMIN: incident)». The system remained messages in this status and this messages don’t processing. Please tell me how to change these messages in the available status
or close?
The picture below: show the status that excluded (marked)

By Means of Excluding, you just deleted this status in tcode CRMBS02 ?

be carefull with deleting status, first change all Incident from that status or you will not able to work with them.

To be able to maintain you need to be sure that in table TJ30 exist any user status with code in your case E*18.

If you delete it! and created new the status numbering will go forward and you will never catch up E*18 again ... so check it

Most likely so yeah - just deleted this status in tcode CRMBS02. Print below. I did not do it.

I don't be sure that in table TJ30 exist any user status with code in your case E*18. (If I understand you correctly). Prints below

Really, there is no other way out? How then process these messages?

Hi again,

There is a way out! you need to do some tricky things I will explain:

  1. Copy all bad ZMIN Incidents in local file
  2. Now go to CRMBS02, create or copy from ZMIN00001 new status schema call it Z_REPAIR
  3. In Z_REPAIR create as much statuses as need to reach E*18 ( you may check parallel in TJ30 )
  4. After this go to Define Transaction types
  5. pick ZMIN, change status schema from ZMIN00001 to Z_REPAIR
  6. Open WEB UI, find all bad Incidents again.
  7. Change status to any or close them whatever... just be sure the target status has E*** that exist for ZMIN00001 in TJ30
  8. Once you finish got to Define Transaction types again, assign ZMIN0001 back
  9. Check Bad incidents now you should able to process them .
