Communication between SAP ECC and SAP OER

Hi,

I have a requirement in which i want to capture events happening in ECC in OER without going through AII. Is this posible.

If yes, Can anyone please guide me what configurations am i supposed to do for it.

what kind of events  epcis/non epcis events you want to log into OER? you can directly log epcis events thru eventcapturenotificationout interface in PI. you need to have RFC connection between ECC ,PI & vice-versa.

Hi,

if you need EPCIS event, you can use available interface in PI as Tusar said, the mapping you have to take care on your own. If you do not want EPCIS event, you can send event messages e.g. directly from ECC to EM using standard EM Application Interface (RFC call to EM). In the customizing you can find related settings here: SPRO -> Integration with Other mySAP.com Components -> Event Management Interface.
