IMS : Error forwarding Invoice

Hi,

In SRM5.0, IMS monitor, for duplicate invoice exception I can't forward email to BP's email. While forwarding email, I am getting error like 'Error forwarding Invoice'

Do any one know, what confg needed and else?

I am getting the same issue as well in IMS. Could you please let me know the solution from SAP?

Amit,

Do setup with t code SO50 / SCOT, Exit name 'CL_BBP_SMTP_INBOUND_INV' and call seq 1 for user ADMINIMS.

Make sure ADS server is connected with SRM and user SAPCONNECT & SAPCURRENCY are there with required profile in SRM. Run the report FP_PDF_TEST_00 making sure that ADS server is working

That will work for sending IMS exception as outbound emails with ADOBE interactive forms.

Error processing Smart Form

I am able to forward e-mail to vendor from IMS. Now I am not able to get it back in IMS. Could you please let me know any steps to chekc the same?

Thanks for your reply. I am facing problem in system SRM_SERVER5.5 ( SP - 07).

OSS notes which you are refering all relevant to SP02. All are for program correction. These OSS note are not useful for me at this moment.

What esle could be the setting for it? Is there any configuration or customization involved?

1) For Email settings- Your basis consultant and mail server expert should do it together.

Pl download sourcing config doc from service.sap.com/ibc-srm.

Notes: 455140, 455127

2) For ADS,

Hi,

We have done SMTP and ADS setup. Both connections are working as expected. But still, we could not forward invoice in IMS. Am I missing something still????

Anyone have done IMS completelty so that they could forward invoice successfully ?

I have done setting for web IMS too. I am getting error BBP_IV - 305 ( Error forwarding Invoice). Anyway I have created OSS message with SAP.

Do you or anyone have idea about it?

I am not sure whereelse the problem is ?

I hope your SMTP mail set up is working properly. Did you try sending a mail to Internet id (from SBWP Txn)?

Pl create a OSS message as well.

SMTP is working where I can send email internal and external too. Is your client using IMS in SRM?
