Hi,
We are using SUS-MM service procurement scenario.
I would like to know if there is a notification sent to the purchaser when the vendor confirms an order or when he creates an ASN for example.
How the purchaser should be aware when the vendor make those changes?

Using "Event and Event Schema for Alert Management" you should be able to manage alerts without any ABAP code.
For this, check KBA 1928474 - Alert Management in SUS and 1964699 - No notifications triggered for some document types

I didn't hear about notification sent from SUS to MM side.
But I know field 'message to purchaser' text sent from SUS to MM:

"In MM-SUS scenario: 'Message to Purchaser' text is not supported by
standard. Reason behind this is the corresponding IDOC is not configured
accordingly from ERP side.This is supported in EBP-SUS scenario only."

However later we provide two notes which are consulting notes to
realize this functionality to address customer's requirements:
761150 - MM-SUS: sending texts from SUS (ORDRSP) to R/3-MM
1342975 - 'Message to Purchaser' field unavailable in MM-SUS scenario
So maybe this would be of help to realize this.
