Error while applying CTS_PLUG 200: SP 10

I am applying CTS_PLUG 200 support patch 10 in Solution Manager system and stuck in phase XPRA_EXECUTION.

Kindly provide some more details as in logs for troubleshooting.

Which tool are you using for this update.

Thanks for reply Robin,

The issue is resolved.

I had raised an OSS message and SAP helped us fix the issue.

Then I was able to continue and confirm the SP10 patch.
