Early Watch Alert - CMO_QRFCQUEUES_READ : Time limit exceeded

Hi,

We are having SAP ECC 6.0 on Oracle 10.2.0.4 RAC, RHEL 5.3. A SAP Solution Manager Server is installed.

We are not receiving Early Watch Alert of SAP Production on Service Market Place. This has stopped after July 2013.

On Production through SDCCN -> Done Tab

Test for SDCC_OSS Destination is:

RFC destination SDCC_OSS is functional (ping and logon authorization check done)

RFC destination SDCC_OSS has authorization for all needed function groups

Hi Kamil,

Thank you very much for your reply.

Already tried for param disp/max_wprun_time=3600, but did not solved the problem. The same error was appearing. So after 5 to 6 tries, set back disp/max_wprun_time to 2400.

As Oracle has stopped support for Oracle 10.2.0.4 from July 2013, could this be the reason for not receiving EWA. Or should I look some other points.

Hello Dipak,

Try to increase more parameter disp/max_wprun_time for example 7200 (2 hours) and reschedule the SDCCN Ewa task.

I'm not conviced that your version of Oracle DB is a reason for not receiving EWA. Please check SM21 St22 for more logs also check the EWA job logs too.
