Until unless you provide complete information it is very difficult to understand your problem and provide relevant solution.

How you are trying SAP BI (right?) with android/iPhone? Are you using any platform to build this app?

Share the steps what have you done so far? if possible, put some snapshots of your app development along with error what you are getting

Dear sir,

           I have downloaded SAP v1.0.2 for android device from APPS store.

for input settings to open SAP on device below setting are done,

ON mobile

WEB service

server ip add,-my server ip add

port no. -- Default port no.1433 used

SSL tick box

LOG ON setting

company DB---- OG DB

Used code --- User name

ph no.

Device ID

OTHERS

Demo system ON/OFF --- OFF

ON System

are you sure about 1433? if there is https communication then it should be 433, please check it once and confirm

There will be configuration guides for the app, in that you need to install the addons in order to run the app. You search for the app configuration guide in SAP market place. Configuration guide for each mobile app is different. Follow the steps provided in the documents.

I have followed the steps on B1i mobile Apps guide

while  Activating the B1i Mobile Scenario

integrating windows appears and asked to log in

In my company nobody knows username & password for B1i admin login.

I have asked to the people who implements SAP they told "they don't know"

whether there any way to know or reset that pwd.

Kindly help me.......

while installing B1i, it would have asked for password ? isnt it?

Ask your basis team for default password has been set during installation?
