Hi,
We are trying to connect to a SFTP server and pick file but we are getting an error as below even though we are using key authentication.
“Exception received: 2: pwd failed" in communication channel monitoring.

Hi Vijay - Based on your other thread i believe this issue has been fixed. Can you please share the solution so that it helps other.

When we try from the PI server we are able to connect to the server.
Hi Vijay - It's not about connecting. It's more of executing PWD command on the home directory of the SFTP server with the user configured in your SFTP channel.
Please check for that authorization and confirm.
