Hi all,
we are using SRM 7.02, the old workflow and not the portal integration. We have the approval mails and send the mails with the new report. In the transaction sost everthing looks fine and you can start the logon link, but in outlook it looks like that:
䠼䵔㹌䠼䅅㹄洼瑥瑨灴攭畱癩∽潃瑮湥祴数•潣瑮湥㵴琢硥⽴瑨汭挻慨獲瑥唽䙔ㄭ∶㰾䠯䅅㹄䈼䑏⁙杢潣潬㵲⌢䙆䙆䙆•瑳汹㵥昢湯
Has sombody an idea what is the issue ?
Regards
Andrea
Hey Andrea
I dont think the 2 issues you stated here are related , however could you provide additional details on what changes you did ?
Also please try checking the below :
Attribute BSA defined in the org structur
Correct config under SPRO : Define Backend System for Product Category.
Also ensure that your transaction types and number ranges for PO are appropriate in SRM & ECC.
Also , can you confirm if you use classic / ext classic ?
Please check the below and confirm ?

Hello,
sorry nothing was helpful, we are changing the programm and delete the the charset=UTF-16. Now the text was fine, now we have a new problem. We have the error messages
Object or set with GUID 00000000000000000000000000000000 does not exist".
I check all hints about that but nothing solve the issue.
Regards
Andrea

Hello Andrea,
what is your Outlook release?
Not sure problem comes from SAP. Please check below KBA:
1851846 - Customised layouts of SRM notifications or alerts are not appearing as expected in email

Hi Andrea,
I suppose - encoding problem.
Do you have Unicode System?
Which languages are installed in the system?
What is the default logon language?
What is a default language of recipients?
Regards
Konstantin
