Scroll Bars not showing for a user in interactive DP

Hi gurus,

There is only one user that cannot see the scroll bars in interactive DP (/SAPAPO/SDP94).

As suggested by a discussion I found, we have deleted and reinstalled the SAP GUI to the latest version/patch level (rel 730 Patch Level 5) but still having the issue.

I was wondering if someone else has run into the same issue and what could be done to solve it.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello David

I had experienced similar problem with one of my users here. Other than things which you have already tried(Reinstalling SAP GUI), we did a few more things to (finally) resolve the issue on her system

1. Adjusting the screen resolution.  --This did not help. hence tried#2 below

2. Re-installing the display driver. -- This helped resolved the issue.

Also recently this blog was posted on SCN which tells about font setting to be rest to 11(default).
