Mass update

Hi,

We created a custom field in the object type RIH.  We also would like to use the mass update functionality for this field.  However, the field was grey out in the mass update dashboard.  How can I enable mass update on this field?

Highlighted field in the attached file is the field we would like to do mass update.

Hi Hilton,

Could you check if your field is standard or custom? ( You can look for it at /RPM/ITEM_D table).

If it is standard.. which is the field?

If it is custom, I think you have developed this "grey" status.

It is a custom field.  The question is how to "un-grey" it in the dashboard.

/RPM/IF_EX_ITEM_API

Method : ITEM_UI_CONFIG_MODIFY

Check if you have an enhacement for it.
