how to make RSSM_AUTODEL_REQU_MASTER_TEXT run fast

    I am running  RSSM_AUTODEL_REQU_MASTER_TEXT to remove request infomation for ZEMPLOYEE . table showes there are 36690 request records . the program runs very slow. it already takes 5 days. could you please tell me how to accelerate this program running?
