Archiving printlist in ALF AND PDF

hi,

is it possible to archive SAP printlists in ALF format AND also in PDF format ? I have the requirement that i have to store the same printlist in ALF and in PDF in the external archive.

how can i archive this  ?

Hello Martin,

Using TC - OAD5 create one document type for ALF and another for PDF for object type ARCHIVE or DRAW. While archiving the spool select ALF or PDF as document types. This should be no different than standard process. Are you seeing for any thing different other than this. Please let me know if you need any help.

Hi,

well, the problem is that this should happen automaticly. The user should only ONCE

archive a print-list in ALF, the PDF should be created automaticly.
