How to clear negative stock in warehouse management

Hello,

Before asking this question i read the following threads:

And many others, but i still can't understand how i can clear neagtive stock in my case.

I have totally 7 PC of mateial in WM and MM:

And i have the same quantity in the warehouse, but with negative stock:

Could you please advise how can i clear - 8 pc in the 902 storage type and to see 7 pc (not 15) in the 908 storage type as a result.

I don't have any open transfer orders and transfer requirements to this material.

Also i don't have any posting change notices (LU04) to this material too.

Hi llya

If you "have" the stock availible on the system you can create a TO to the storage type that you want the negative stoc to be removed form.

Example: according to the system you have a qty of 15 availible in Sloc 0122 s-type 908. You have a negative qty of 8 in the same sloc but in stype 902.

Manualy create a TO to move a qty of 8 from sloc 0122 stype 908 to stype 902.

The negative qty will be cancelled with the positve qty that you have moved into the stype.

You can use 999 mtv

If you want stop this from happening you can look into your config and not allow negative stock in stype 902.

Hello,

1.  you may use same process as Physical inventory to clear the 7PC of stock which is missing.

2. Go to MB1C post 7 pc of stock using 712 movement and clear the diffrence.

Before proceeding with any of above 2 steps. Do investigate reasong for differences (to avoid in future).
