customer history data for blocking

Dear All,

I want to block all customers do who have not done any transaction from last 6 month (SD and FI both).

is there any BAPI available to get such customers list?

Hi

There is no BAPI or report which can show you this information. You have to do this manually in Exce. Take a dump from FBL5N and from KNA1. Apply Vlookup formula and see which customers are there who have not done any transaction in last six months.

If you need to do this on monthly or quarterly basis then you can develop a report in SAP based on this same logic.

I think you don't find standard fuction for this.

Try to create simple query in SQ01 and match all customers that you need with relevant information structures.
