alternative approver in ac10

i need to assign alternative approver if my approver in not approved/reject with in time.how could i do?

Hi Sankar,

Maintain the below task settings as shown below in Maintain Paths phase. You need to make the below mentioned task settings at the stage where you want to make the GRC request go to alternate approver for approval. "Escalation Time Mins" is the time you can set after which request will go to alternate approver.
