Hi
I have a problem in my solution manager. I am using solution manager 7.1 sp10. I configured SLD and then LMDB. it fetch all the servers from landscape.
now the problem is one of the ABAP servers is not showing in SLD if i go to http://<hostname>:port/sld
i tried to setup local sld and then lmdb but abap server is not showing in sld.
is there any way to fetch abap server automatically again in sld?
regards
Hi
Can you please check in RZ70 in the ABAP server and check if the details are maintained there.
Also please check the connection from the ABAP server to the SLD - which are maintained in SLDAPICUST.
Thanks
Rishi

yes i can
everything is working perfectly only one erp as abap server is missing from http://<servername>:50100/sld in solution manager.
it is available in lmdb but not in sld. because of this when i run managed system configuration it gives error that system is not available in sld
If your SLD is configured correctly then
In RZ70 of that ABAP system, just choose Execute. That will push the ABAP system's details to the SLD. make sure that in the RZ70 config, the gateway setting points to your solman's hostname and the sapgw<XX> service (where xx is your solman's app server hostname which runs the gateway)
Hello,
You may consider report RLMDB_SYNC_TECHNICAL_SYSTEM more info about report-> https://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm71_sp10/helpdata/en/f6/a41e0402664451b9c4640ff4513527/content.htm
Notice the warnings in using report!
Be sure that you really want to delete all manually created system information and assignments, such as product assignments. You can delete configurations that cannot be recovered, such as diagnostics-relevant indicators.
When you select Delete before resync you delete all data that you entered manually, including any assignments that you made in the LMDB, for example assignments to product systems or to a dual-stack.
BR,
K.
or from the LMDB web screen, choose the particular system; from the main screen, there is the Advanced button with the drop-down option "Resynchronize Technical System from SLD"
Also check your background jobs are successfully running
SAP_LMDB_LDB_* -> this should synchronise any changes/updates on the SLD to your LMDB
SAP_LMDB_NOTIFY_LDB_*
If you think there is a problem with the above process, then follow the troubleshooting guide from SAP note
1592461 - Troubleshooting LMDB Notification Consumers
Also note that some scenarios in Solution Manager uses LMDB caching so if you think there is an inconsistency, it might be worth executing the report (via se38)
rlapi_manual_namespace_resynca
choose "Clear Cache" flag
Hope this helps!
Reward if you find this useful 😉
Hi Mohammed,
Just to throw a rock in the bush:
1. Is your SLD job scheduled to run periodically?
2. Is your RFC on the satellite system to the Solman system working?
Kind Regards,
Johan
