Hi Santhosh,

                     You can make you use of Service call concept in Webdynpro or there is also another usual approach.

Please refer to these two links which help you to use the BAPI inside WD application,

The examples have some other BAPI's being used there you can try replacing them with the BAPI BAPI_BUPA_CREATE_FROM_DATA. On how to use this BAPI,
